Get stronger so you can dance better and longer! Zoe’s love of dance conditioning takes center stage in this class, where we will work the core, glutes and upper back with all of Zoe’s favorite butt kicking exercises. These exercises are PT and Circus training based, and are meant to build a greater range of motion and more muscular balance in the body.
This class is offered as a series and will take place Tuesdays on:

This class is 1 hour long. a Zoom link will be emailed approximately 30 minutes before class. 2 yoga blocks and a mat are recommended:)
